Modest Means Maven.

"Equal justice under law is not merely a caption on the façade of the Supreme Court building; it is perhaps the most inspiring ideal of our society. It is one of the ends for which our entire legal system exists…it is fundamental that justice should be the same, in substance and availability, without regard to economic status.” – U.S. Supreme Court Justice (Ret.) Lewis F. Powell, during his tenure as President of the A.B.A (August 1976)

"Like slavery and apartheid, poverty is not natural. It is man-made and it can be overcome and eradicated by the actions of human beings.” – Nelson Mandela (February 2005)

“Our society has unmet legal needs that adversely affect low and middle income families. It’s a situation that threatens the well-being of our democracy.” - Chief Justice of California Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye (October 2014)

“[E]ducated, privileged lawyers have a professional and moral duty to represent the underrepresented in our society, to ensure justice for all.” – U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor (November 2002)

Allen Law was created to provide legal services without regard to economic status. People are people first, and should be afforded respect, no matter what their economic status. People who cannot afford traditionally priced attorneys still get divorced, still need help with custody and parenting time, still need modifications and they can find help with those here, at Allen Law. Quality service does not have to equal a big price tag. Not all attorneys measure success by the amount of money they make.

My rates range from $60 to $200 per hour, depending on income eligibility. So if you need someone who will work as hard for your money as you do, please contact me.
